Is PolishedByP tested on animals?
Our product is vegan and not tested on animals. All of our products are 100% hand mixed and are 10-FREE - Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP), Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, Methylisothiazolinone (MIT) and Parabens. Vegan & *Cruelty Free.
*Cruelty Free: No animal testing is performed by either PolishedByP or by the direct manufacturers that supply our products. PolishedByP is certified by PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies Program.
What if there is a slight separation of color or top layer of pigment inside the nail polish, can I still use it?
Of course you can! Our polishes omit harmful ingredients, separation of ingredients is normal. All you have to do is roll the bottle between your palms, preferably upside down, for a few seconds, You'll be good to go!

How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible with often same day processing and shipping as time allows. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, Most domestic orders take up to 3-7 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local post office. You will be responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will need to inquire with the delivery company.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US, Canada and Europe. We are unable to track orders once they leave the United States. Our international shipping rates are first class shipping rates as priority shipping is often extremely costly. If you wish to inquire about adding upgraded trackable shipping options to your order, please email info@polishedbypnyc.com before completing your purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the US is $5 for first class. Shipping outside of the US will be calculated at checkout and is set by DHL. All shipping prices are in USD. Customs fees not including in international shipping rate.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. Because of the nature of our product, we are not able to accept any refunds. Should you not be happy with the color that you ordered, please shoot us an email at info@polishedbypnyc.com and we will take care of you.
Please Note:
All of our nail lacquers are handmade and mixed in small batches using cosmetic grade quality ingredients. Because of this handmade quality, there may be slight color variations from batch to batch. We make every effort to ensure that the batches are as similar as possible. Additionally, please be advised that color and density of our lacquers may vary from the pictures due to the photo lighting conditions, monitor differences and at times differences in skin tone.
All candles are hand poured in small batches. The burn is 100% clean with proper care and use of the candle.
Ingredients:
100% Organic Soy Wax infused with high quality essential oils for fragrance. The wick is also 100% hemp and cotton blend.
All candles are non-toxic, which means they are Paraben free, Phthalates free, Formaldehyde free, containing no carcinogens and lead free.
